I am providing support to people engaged in a life transformation project since I completed my coaching training with the Alba-Academie, Netherlands in 2013. I use my own personal transformation journey experience, including ups and downs, to help my clients take concrete actions that bring tremendous changes in their life.
I develop courses, workshops and group coaching programs that include three key elements to get measurable results for my clients :
- They reinforce the confidence in their capacity to change their reality,
- They contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge on the drivers of personal change, on blockage mechanisms and ways to overcome them,
- They facilitate their commitment in making the desired transformations happen and last.
How can you start your transformation journey?
If you have come so far it means that you already did more than just one step. There are two reasons why I use this metaphor of the journey or the voyage : you have to start somewhere (preferably now) and you will find new destinations after reaching your first goals.
